Payments

Coventry Back Pain Clinic does NOT accept BUPA health insurance.

Please bring all details of your policy at your first appointment including authorisation code, personal/company policy number, policy expiry date and stated excess on your policy (especially AXA/PPP patients).

We ask all patients to pay for their appointment on the same day or in some cases in advance.

We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit card, credit card (including American Express).

Deposits and cancellations

There is high demand for our expert clinicians and it inconveniences other patients waiting for appointments when appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice.

Therefore we generally take advance payment for all new patient appointments at the time of booking and

We reserve the right to charge for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if a patient does not attend.

Erectile Dysfunction prepaid sessions

Erectile Dysfunction – should you not complete the prepaid course of six treatments, the normal treatment fee of £165 will be charged from your pre-payment.

I have been going to Coventry Back Pain Chiropractor for over a year now due to pain in my right shoulder, due to problems in my neck. John Chiropractor who I see is excellent. I have been having treatment for a shoulder injury from Maria consisting of acupuncture, K Laser and also shockwave therapy for the past three weeks, my range of movement is now 98% better. The treatment i have received is outstanding. I am now having massages once a month by the amazing Elena . This is far by the best clinic I have ever visited.
